To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由入門口到埋單,所有員工都冇禮貌,冇開過口回答,冇唔該,冇回應,叫埋埋單等好耐,最後個侍應大聲及不耐煩回應,知道!好似欠左佢咁。埋完單之後,換另一個侍應又是啞的,單手頭也不回遞返卡,「多謝唔該拜拜」完全冇人講過一句。點解一間連鎖集團,員工培訓可以咁差?!咁唔中意份工,不如唔好做,一個員工態度差還說得過去,所有員工都一樣,你就會覺得,究竟呢間餐廳份工有幾難做?個經理究竟係點管理呢間鋪?!去過其他地區的glasshouse沒有如此難忘之經驗,永不再幫襯太古城鋪。
