To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到OpenRice咁多負評講服務態度差，估唔到真係！以後都唔會再落去，俾錢消費仲要睇佢哋面色。明明間餐廳唔係好多客，但係要叫勁多次，係都要搵啲嘢做吓先走過來幫你。落單嘅時候又表現得好唔耐煩，成間舖得外籍員工比較有禮貌。下次食寧願去遠少少去IFC。都唔想見到嗰班人。 張枱唔平穩，一路食一路搖下搖下。大家真係要慎重咁選擇食呢間，嘢食其實唔錯，不過服務態度真係非常之差，收得高10%嘅服務費，但係唔會有服務俾你。
