To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務態度超級差，離晒譜，食物錯枱就鬧客，自己入錯單就唔認，門口兩職員只傾計，不開卡不收錢，傾完計先做野。這家稻香酒樓，用餐體驗令人失望。首先，服務員對顧客的關注度極低，點菜等待時間長，甚至需要自己去尋找服務員。餐點終於上桌慢，食物的溫度不佳。此外，服務員的態度也讓人感到不悅，對我們的詢問不耐煩，缺乏基本的禮貌。最糟的是，結賬時出現錯誤，服務員毫無歉意，讓我們感到被忽視。整體而言，這家酒樓的服務質量讓人極度失望，不會再光顧。
