To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐晚餐係慶祝生日飯,本身開開心心慶祝,比依間餐廳搞到無晒引。想叫紅酒飲,waiter十問九唔應,叫佢介紹又唔識介紹,連遞本drink menu都唔識,要叫先識拎。仲要waiter講野串到呢,唔知以為我得罪佢😡送餐先搞笑,送到好似去左茶餐廳甘,求其放喺枱,正常見到客人放咗個人物品係枱面都會提提客人拎開呀,但waiter理都唔理,想直接放上面,完全冇出聲提客人,面口仲要係你做咩亂擺野係枱面阻住我放底野既樣😡之後執野仲要執到啲野跌晒,仲倒瀉杯酒,差啲倒落部電話度😡野食先更垃圾,做得中菜餐廳,啲中式野食都唔掂,避風塘炒蟹完全無辣味、蟹又無肉,鮑魚唔新鮮,大蝦又霉又唔新鮮,片皮鴨肉質太實而且黎到已經凍晒,唯一好味啲淨係得個湯飯。之後仲發現啲片皮鴨係放晒喺入口、近lift位切,附近不停有人出入,完全無衛生意識😡最後叫個甜品更加用垃圾黎形容,整tiramisu跟本無技巧可言,任何新手都整得出,但佢一間高級餐廳整個tiramisu整到似新手整甘難食,咁就唔好賣啦!做返自己中式甜品咪算,整咩西式甜品!?無圖去證明以上問題,因實在太垃圾唔值得影相留念😡😡此餐廳永久black list!
