To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日,我地想試吓呢間。結果⋯因為第一次去,想問問服務員有什麼推介,服務員1,不停推介最貴嘅當日的全條鮮魚刺生。本人已經表達想吃雜錦刺身 assorted sashimi,因為想試吓唔同款。再問其他食物意見,服務員回覆,隨你喜歡吧!明顯態度變差,唔知公司係咪迫使服務員追 sales target。當日嗌左7個dishes,張枱好迫。烤牛肋骨嘅木板凸咗出台邊,服務員2夾硬行入去我地同隔籬枱嘅位置,結果我哋嘅烤牛肋骨成盤翹起咗,好彩D牛肉冇飛出街。雖然有講用餐90分鐘,而服務員3亦都趕緊比張單我地埋,我好趕咁埋咗張單,諗住去完廁所就即刻離開。結果我去完廁所,我個朋友已經比人趕咗出門口等。其實我去個廁所都係幾分鍾。呢餐食咗$1207。 食咗90分鐘,食到一肚氣!
