To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說致電到海港（太子）分店訂檯晚飯，接電話的那一位接待員，告訴我：訂檯晚飯時間只得2個時間➡️分別糸晚上6:30pm 及 晚上 8:30pm。當時我問接聽Book 檯的那一位小姐，若然我在7點幾先到來取檯，可吾可以呢？（因為收工後要坐車到太子），怎知那一位接聽電話的小姐回應我 ➡️咁糸你問題，並不是我們的問題。 ✡️咁樣的市道，理應盡可能留客開一張單。員工態度直接使客人不訂檯吃晚而另去第二間食肄！既然講到咁無夜巿，為何不訓練員工服務態度！！今時今日咁既服務態度，我吾要訂檯糸可以！！ 之後，我又問：若訂8:30枱要等幾耐？那一位接聽電話接待員講：8點應該好多人埋單走。 ✡️都吾糸做生意，明知生意咁難做！不如執左佢啦！
