To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前去灣仔會展書展時,午膳必到南記食「招牌河」,最愛吃「招牌春卷」。可是,現在已經少去書展了,以為要食南記的春卷,一定要到港島區。殊不知,在旺角見到南記!突然喜出望外,即上樓去食我的晚餐。現在可用八達通自助點餐,而且多了很多不同種類的粉麵。我用八達通自助點了「四寶紫菜河」。然後就去找座位,桌上有食完的碗。於是我叫執拾的店員清理,但他很惡地回答,現在唔得閒。我很無奈地等候他執拾。恰巧我的粉麵有得取了,本來諗住取粉麵時,順道叫派遞粉麵店員取水。怎料,他在這時行開,走去收銀機那邊,那邊已有一人在工作!而這邊空無一人,到我時,我只好在粉麵派遞口自己取食物,但取不到水。之後好幾個跟在我後的食客,都要自己在派遞口取食物,沒有店員幫忙。從未食過南記,有這麼差的服務!終於桌上可放我碗粉了......以往我只吃招牌河,今次想食紫菜,所以點了四寶紫菜河。其實是招牌河加紫菜,有招牌春卷、牛丸、魚蛋及墨魚丸。春卷好似細了,而且冇以前咁香口;但牛丸、魚蛋及墨魚丸都爽口。整體沒有以前那麼好吃 -_-

其實是招牌河加紫菜,有招牌春卷、牛丸、魚蛋及墨魚丸。
春卷好似細了,而且冇以前咁香口;但牛丸、魚蛋及墨魚丸都爽口。
整體沒有以前那麼好吃 -_-
Other Info. : 開分店不只限港島區固然好,但希望可以改善一下服務,派遞粉麵處怎可空無一人!
