見到新開張,貪新鮮黎試下,打電話訂座8:30。8:15左右黎到門口已經有人等緊,接待員話上面執緊枱,叫我地等一陣,隔左15分鐘左右都未叫入座,同一個接待員答我地上面未有枱😑,前面總有幾張訂座等緊,15分鐘竟然由執枱變成冇枱🤷🏻‍♀️,途中係冇客人入座,半個鐘後其他客人都開始枯燥,店員就答上面得14張枱,Booking又接得多,好難安排😓。最終等左接近1個鐘先入座。♥️牛油鴛鴦鍋 $138 (牛油紅鍋 + 大骨百味湯鍋)飲左一啖大骨湯底,好大陣味精味,牛油紅鍋只麻辣不香。♥️安格斯肥牛 $188脂肪比例均勻,呈雪花狀,牛肉味濃,但第二輪落單明顯縮水,細塊左好多。♥️宜賓小香腸 $28@半份連店員都唔知係點既小香腸,朋友決定試一試,咬開一口油,味道好似臘腸。♥️鮮牛骨髓 $78好欣賞有牛骨髓,淋淋既口感,真係一絕😋。♥️金牌脆毛肚 $128@1份Menu教淥10秒就食得,爽脆👍🏻。♥️蝦滑 $98 墨魚滑 $98普普通通,唔算好彈牙。
