Restaurant: Joyous Gate (OP Mall)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 元旦日同朋友飲早茶,一行四人,早上10:00左右海之戀呢間酒樓,喺疫情嘅情況下,加上政府政策下,四個人梗係要分兩枱坐啦。門口個知客都細心,攞位時講四位,入座時,佢都記得安排兩張前後嘅枱俾我地。雖然坐開咗就即係少咗枱,等嘅人唔算多,但等咗幾個字就有兩張枱。入去前已經,知客已經同我地落定飲咩茶,職員都好快換枱布,我地好快落單,好快就有一兩籠食物,本來成件事都好順暢。隔咗5分鐘,同一個點心黎咗兩籠,我地同傳菜姐姐講俾多咗,我地只係落咗一籠,唔係佢職責當然大大聲同樓面講啦,有個年約40-50歲,有位女樓面小姐走過黎,用一個唔耐煩嘅語氣大大聲話我地有落到,我地好好禮貌咁話無理由ga,我地每個點心都寫1,無寫過2,之後佢check完,拎返我地張點心紙,出黎用一個好差、怪責我地嘅口吻,話:「你地落單唔使寫兩張枱number架,寫一個枱號得架啦。」佢就拎住張紙走咗去改,我地都不以為意。之後喺我地無再落過新單嘅情況下,繼續重複送多咗點心黎,同一位樓面小姐再出黎,今次除咗唔耐煩同惡,再加上皺眉頭,用一個可以話得係兇狠嘅態度鬧我地唔應該寫兩個枱number,我地話:「未試過咁樣情況下飲茶,唔知只需要寫一個枱

之後喺我地無再落過新單嘅情況下,繼續重複送多咗點心黎,同一位樓面小姐再出黎,今次除咗唔耐煩同惡,再加上皺眉頭,用一個可以話得係兇狠嘅態度鬧我地唔應該寫兩個枱number,我地話:「未試過咁樣情況下飲茶,唔知只需要寫一個枱號,點解你地唔問或者預先提客人?到落錯啦,點解係用一個咁嘅態度對客人講嘢?咁你地係想我地點做?」而成個過程,呢位樓面小姐係繼續黑面、皺眉、唔耐煩、鬧我地下次唔好啦!

最後,我地叫過而未黎嘅點心一直唔黎(原本好快上點心,但後來我地懷疑佢地係特登,存心要我地等),終於我地就唔等,埋單走人。

埋單時係一個男經理負責,我地決定未必要做咩投訴嘅行動,但為咗自己之後唔好後悔無問到佢叫咩名,我好好禮貌問經理嗰位樓面小姐叫咩名,個經理唔係解決問題,係叫我地今次就咁算,話而家出去搵工難,叫我地體諒,我覺得都幾好笑,乜搵工難,唔係應該要更加珍惜自己份工咩?我話你幫佢都無用,呢個擺明係你地管理有問題,所以佢連你都唔驚,先會工作態度咁差。而重點係,經理都唔係幫緊客人解決問題,係叫個客算啦!

我地唔係要折扣(食幾多俾幾多,應份嘅!)
唔係要佢幾好服務態度,做到成隻狗咁。你做你嘅嘢,我有我地飲完茶去行海傍,過我地嘅元旦!但係你將你工作嘅不忿、怨恨,見住幾個後生女以為好蝦,如果今日係幾個兇神惡煞嘅大隻佬,佢夠膽咁兇狠咩!

食物方面:得個炸唔知乜酥好食,其他:燒賣、奶黃包、鳳爪、腸粉都好難食,尤其是燒賣,一舊無燒賣味嘅膠咁!

環境:係舒服嘅
