To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日喺圓方行街行到攰啦，好想食日本定食類作為晚餐，喺商場2樓位置有間日本餐廳，大約8:00到等位15分鐘，被安排坐吧枱位置，整體衛生情況幾好，因為食客同師傅之間都有透明膠板隔住。同友人分別點左個鰻魚定食同埋刺身丼，另外小食累選擇咗牛肉香蔥卷，同埋蛋卷，驚喜位係個牛肉卷，不但冇乾爭爭亦都冇細細舊，反而佢加入左啲香葉同埋配料成個口感好好，相反蛋卷比較失色，冇咩蛋味，同埋一咬就散晒😥至於個主食鰻魚定食又有前菜又有甜品性價比幾高，味道都正常，份量更適合男士享用😂而刺身丼冇咩特別，海膽味道偏淡，食飯去到中段，職員突然自動幫忙換上一杯全新熱綠茶，加多句食完飯飲杯熱茶啱啱好，整體感覺飄升😎👍🏻眼見好多客人都食shabu shabu，賣相唔錯下次嚟可以再試下！
