To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

極不推介不要浪費時間同錢一去到就有個版話俾你聽有啲咩時令嘅海鮮，喺你後邊一粒聲都唔出大力放低就算。侍應擺低菜式就走，一粒聲都唔出，搵佢哋永遠傾緊計，成班人淨係圍埋一齊，到你埋單一句多謝都唔會有，連單都唔俾你，問佢攞都冇禮貌，仲要單手俾返你一句聲都唔出！！就算食物好食都冇用，見到咁樣嘅服務，絕對唔係酒店應該有水平，特別唔好重要日子來絕對會令到你非常之失望，破壞晒你成個慶祝。終於明白點解咁多人話呢度服務水準唔好，確實係事實。

一去到就有個版話俾你聽有啲咩時令嘅海鮮，喺你後邊一粒聲都唔出大力放低就算。侍應擺低菜式就走，一粒聲都唔出，搵佢哋永遠傾緊計，成班人淨係圍埋一齊，到你埋單一句多謝都唔會有，連單都唔俾你，問佢攞都冇禮貌，仲要單手俾返你一句聲都唔出！！

就算食物好食都冇用，見到咁樣嘅服務，絕對唔係酒店應該有水平，特別唔好重要日子來絕對會令到你非常之失望，破壞晒你成個慶祝。終於明白點解咁多人話呢度服務水準唔好，確實係事實。
