Restaurant: Chung's House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係第二次嚟飲茶,唔知係咪年初八關係入坐前說明要個半鐘交枱。知道要個半鐘交枱入坐即刻點嘢食,今日叫咗啲點心,另外叫咗兩樣新年特別出嘅家肥屋潤(乾炒牛河),同橫財就手(豬手)。點心正常無事,碟乾炒牛河就出出地乾,唔熱嘅,味道偏甜。豬手就係正常一舊分4舊。不過今次最不快經驗就係鳳爪漏單,鍾菜館本身係自助式,點餐加水冲茶不經人手,可能因為咁原因所以服務員好少對客人。漏單後終於要離枱去搵人問,回覆話廚房無單如果要嘅話依家落單要20分鐘。我話我有落單係廚房唔見單唔係我問題,咁我堅持等,我交唔到枱俾你唔關我事,服務員就好唔高興或者我誤會佢表情。蒸一碟鳳爪要20分鐘,我計過時佢地真係20分鐘多少少攞出嚟。
