To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃過這間很多次,之前有次服務員點餐時點多一份,有次還缺了飲品,又有一次服務員落單落錯。建議各位去這間百份百要服小心。😅每次都這樣,令我不想再來。 還有他們都不抹台。 芝士白汁焗雞飯還不錯,但番茄焗豬就是茄膏味。凍奶茶很好喝。 【百份百餐廳』作為亞洲國際餐飲集團屬下旗艦品牌, 現有41間分店。創辦人柯鎮平先生擁有豐富的餐飲經驗, 具國際視野, 分店遍佈香港及加拿大。於2007年在香港創立『百份百餐廳』, 『百份百』中的『份』字, 特意加上『人』字, 更顯出『以人為本』的經營概念, 無論是對客人、合作伙伴、或是員工, 都以此為出發。】這段官網的話我覺得可以省略。
