To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗住同爸爸食生日飯，所以選擇咗黎呢度食飯，叫咗龍蝦鮑魚宴，上完第脆皮皇子豬全體，第二個就上脆皮雞，當我同啲職員講話其他餸都未上就上雞，佢就攞走隻雞，又將隻雞周圍攞去其他枱度問人地要唔要，當食到第三個餸時，又攞隻雞黎話上雞，我話魚都未上又上雞我話唔上住，到食到最後叫佢地上埋雞同壽包，就遲遲都唔上，啲職員仲要差到出去搵佢地，都唔理你，啲服務態度非常差，以後都唔會再去你們要去呢間酒樓食都要三思，服務態度非常差
