To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個店服務好差！我住附近！因為佢容易有位，所以都食左不少次。     一，店員經常無視食客，經常只見到一個店員站在收銀臺低頭，叫又無反應，招手當然見你唔倒，整日要走到佢面前先理你。有時全場無店員，走曬入只有員工俾入果度唔知做咩！      二，自動冷熱水出水器壞左半年有多，完全無人整過，佢地另外用野裝D熱水俾你洗杯，但經常無水，紙巾也不時無曬，空空如也！      三，開始偷工減料！今日食個湯飯比平時少一半有多（湯料）
