To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Happy Friday放工想食好啲，就去左金百利既築地食晚餐叫呢個名就諗起日本既築地市場，諗住都唔會差啦，點知就有啲失望火炙三文魚腩不過不失啦海膽帶子卷海膽同帶子不嬲都係我最愛，夾埋一齊食好正牛仔骨極度不推介！肉好韌，韌到完全咬唔到，而且味道都調得唔好食三品牛肉卷呢個牛肉卷反而好有驚喜，食落有陣香蕉味，但又出奇地同個卷既味道夾喎海膽海鮮炒飯好足料，同埋上菜時熱辣辣，要趁熱食Waiters 服務都唔太好，好明顯人手不足，叫左好多次先有人黎serve
