To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小弟尖沙咀返工近排不時都黎食下早餐今日坐低堂食叫個火腿通粉+炒蛋多士通粉好快手到左食住先味道不過不失一般茶餐廳水準點知我食哂個通粉個炒蛋都仲未到咁就問下侍應姐姐叫佢幫手睇睇有無整緊啦(坐低左約10分鐘)點知2分鐘後另一個侍應姐姐走黎問我係唔係差個炒蛋未到當然答案係未到啦再過多4~5分鐘睇住廚房哥哥出左4份炒蛋多士點知全部都係隔離枱送餐既亦正正係我叫佢幫手睇下我個order既果位侍應姐姐好啦我都趕住返公司應該都唔會有下一次
