To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天中午，我一個人去食車仔麵。一條長枱，四個人位，用塊板間個位俾我，面壁一樣，都算了。13分鐘食完（因為用安心出行，可以清楚看到時間），檸檬茶都未飲，就叫我坐去其他枱慢慢飲，因為剛好有三個人等位，他想把旁邊那張枱拼過去。生意當然要做，但有無咁離譜啊！？從進去、點餐、食埋，只係13分鐘，都仲要趕客走。喜歡這樣服務的朋友，請繼續幫襯！
