🦪北海道岩手縣赤崎珍蠔
赤崎珍蠔size都幾大,上面放上紫洋蔥醬,所以唔需要再點任何醬,一入口已經食得出好新鮮,質感較為爽身,味道鮮甜。

🔸壽司
赤鮭魚、白蝦、吞拿魚腦天、沙甸魚、海鰻、海膽魚籽


燒過既赤鮭魚,入口帶有魚油香,面層仲放上三星漬;白蝦細細隻,一舊壽司上面有大約十幾二十隻,用昆布醃製過,口感較黏,味道鮮甜,面層灑上竹炭鹽;吞拿魚腦天即係吞拿魚頭殼頂嗰塊肉,經過燒製,加上微辣脆身既Wasabi漬,入口充滿油脂香;沙甸魚魚味濃郁,配上薑蓉及蔥醬;劏、煮、燒海鰻既過程都係餐廳自己處理,海鰻入口滑身軟腍,非常好食;用上鮮甜既馬糞海膽,魚籽經過醃製,較大粒飽滿。

燒白子加上烏魚子粉調味,外皮煙韌鹹香,內裏係半融狀態,質感有啲似豆腐,非常滋補。

整體黎講,餐廳環境舒適,食材新鮮,以$880哩個價錢來講性價比真係幾高,有興趣既可以一試。
