To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前的我對咖啡沒有太大興趣，自從學過下品評咖啡後，對咖啡的知識都多咗，慢慢學懂怎樣享受、如何去享受一杯咖啡。在放學後的一個下午，我放下疲倦的身心，去了harbour grand kowloon 的咖啡閣嘆咖啡，為何我選擇了這裡，因為這裡選用了意大利illy 品牌的咖啡豆，原來這裡下午茶時段有special cake set ,88元可以選擇一件蛋糕再加杯茶或咖啡，價錢都ok,蛋糕方面款式都好多例如有芒果蛋白卷、綠茶紅豆卷、雲石芝士餅、黑森林蛋糕、忌廉泡芙…除此之外，此餐廳更出售多款麵包及小食例如吞拿魚酥、香蕉包、丹麥包、鬆餅、曲奇、水果沙律、朱古力等等…都是輕食為主，如果想食得heavy 少少，餐牌中更有tortilla wraps 和三文治可以選擇。其後點了一個cake set,分別一杯杯意大利品牌illy 的咖啡及朱古力榛子脆餅，咖啡飲落甘味醇厚，易入口少苦澀，應該是中焙豆，餘韻有rich的果酸味及焦糖，順喉舒適。朱古力榛子脆餅有點失色於咖啡，脆餅的甜度適中，層次都好豐富，上層都是朱古力mousse、中層是榛子mousse,之後是朱古力海棉蛋糕而底層是朱古力脆脆，朱古力
