一早已經好想去銅鑼灣朝聖這間拉麵,但一看到那條隊便放棄,今晚終於達成願望,雖然係去咗尖沙嘴那間分店。今晚真幸運,一去到便有位,餐廳的廚房是採用開放式的,可以一邊食麵,一邊欣賞師傅製作過程。今晚要了新登場的照燒鷄肉拉麵(4片)($110)和招牌醬油拉麵湯($98),有別於一般用豬骨製成的湯底,而是用上鮮鷄、高級魚乾和鮮海蜆熬製而成,所以較為「鮮」和清,拉麵質感又好彈牙。個人就較為喜歡濃味,所以照燒鷄肉拉麵會比較醬油拉麵更適合我口味。店員介紹餃子不是急凍的,是每日新鮮自家製造,當然要試一試,真的皮薄餡靚,值得一試。最後點了紅豆抹茶奶凍($22),飯後甜點是我一貫的作風,甜甜的紅豆與香濃抹茶,一向是最佳拍檔,無令我失望。

店員介紹餃子不是急凍的,是每日新鮮自家製造,當然要試一試,真的皮薄餡靚,值得一試。
