To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日上網都見到有人review炒蛋瀑布，我又已經bookmark左佢一兩年，今次終於去朝聖，證實網上食評冇花冇假。*意大利黑松露醬炒滑蛋貝果 $108壯觀嘅瀑布，份量超多，食一半已經飽咗。炒蛋嫩滑、有蛋香，黑松露醬香而量多。切開係幾層生菜、番茄，保持到爽脆，令口感豐富好多，唔係淨係得炒蛋。貝果外脆內軟，食到最後，做底嘅貝果都保持到脆度。英式早餐 $128煙燻三文魚、炒滑蛋、煙肉、豬肉腸、車厘茄、田園沙律、意大利巴馬火腿、多士All-day breakfast有嘅種類佢都有，有平均水準發揮！生椰咖啡 $500椰奶味，咖啡味都好一般🙈唔推薦。
