Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 台灣朋友港為了帶他四處遊香港,我就決定帶他先吃一餐美味的午餐。朋友說在台北「添好運」響噹噹,在午餐時段排隊人龍很長,很想試一下香港原店的味道,那麼我就帶他去西九龍站新開的「添好運」來吃飯。新店在西九龍鐵路站位置超大,比之前的店大3倍多,在午市時段整間店都是滿滿的人,我們2人還要跟其他食客搭檯。朋友在1年前來港時已吃過有出名的「 酥脆叉燒包 」,這是必吃的點心,今次一定會點,來到時不算太熱,而且味道略為鹹了一點,說真有點失望,水準已沒之前那麼好了。「蝦餃」也可算不過不失,普普通通,沒什麼驚喜。至於「 糯米雞」餡料十足,糯米很香,但都是比較鹹了一點,算是可以。整體上水準已經大不如前,上菜時間快,但食物味道保持不住,希望下次再來有改善啦!
