To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日試左土瓜灣既一冰廳，餐廳入面既裝修好似一般茶餐廳咁，簡簡單單，用黃色黎做主色，即刻聯想到蛋，果然係食蛋包飯架，岩哂我呀而餐廳既點餐就直接喺餐牌上面用雙頭筆寫既，唔會浪費紙張夠哂環保呀，要俾多幾個like佢呀食物方面今次我地就嗌左「咖哩烤雞蛋包飯」同「滑蛋芝士叉燒飯」，凍奶茶同熱奶茶「咖哩烤雞蛋包飯」可以點兩個汁，我就點左芝士同咖哩汁，芝士味就唔算好濃有啲似罐頭開出黎，而咖哩汁都夠香而且唔算太辣，至於蛋都幾滑而且做得唔錯，雞方面就就烤得唔會太過老，都滑口同有雞味既「滑蛋芝士叉燒飯」既芝士都係偏淡，而呢個飯嘅蛋落左蔥，所以蔥味較重，同偏咸叉燒方面份量都夠既，而且唔會好薄，口感都唔錯，對比黎講我就鍾意「咖哩烤雞蛋包飯」多一點奶茶凍熱各嗌左一杯，凍奶茶始終無熱奶茶咁好飲🤪🤪熱奶茶茶底好香濃整體黎講一冰廳係值得回頭既，因為啲蛋真係不錯！
