好開心終於book到我期待已久的西餐廳。一入去見到大大個吧枱, 環境風格好有格調 。黑松露薯條唔知幾時開始黑松露薯條成為我每次必點小吃,新鮮熱辣,炸得脆脆的。黑松露香氣在薯條中若隱若現。燒澳洲帶骨豬扒配香茅芥末籽忌廉汁豬扒一啲都唔肥膩,燒得剛剛好,外皮有少少燒燶,但肉質保持鮮嫩,帶骨的部分 黏著少少肥膏食落去更加爽滑。香茅、芥末、忌廉這個醬汁組合都幾特別。配上黑色碟子,反襯白色醬汁和白肉,更添格調。香煎北海道帶子龍蝦汁扁意粉配三文魚子一上枱時已給三粒肥美帶子吸引著, 剛才吃過比較清新的豬扒,這意粉比較濃味, 食得出龍蝦汁的鮮味。70%朱古力心太軟朱古力控的我梗係揀朱古力心太軟啦,果然係70%的朱古力流心,好香濃幼滑, 甜度適中,再配上朱古力味雪糕, 真係冇得輸。

豬扒一啲都唔肥膩,燒得剛剛好,外皮有少少燒燶,但肉質保持鮮嫩,帶骨的部分 黏著少少肥膏食落去更加爽滑。香茅、芥末、忌廉這個醬汁組合都幾特別。配上黑色碟子,反襯白色醬汁和白肉,更添格調。
