To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於灣仔君悦酒店嘅Tiffin一直都係我心思思嘅必到嘅High tea勝地🫖✨想食就要預先喺酒店官網預約 可以揀嘅日子都唔算多 週末就更加Full 💁🏻‍♀️大概兩日前會收到email confirm booking 記得check email 📧 🔸環境位於酒店嘅閣樓位置 窗邊位落地玻璃可以望到會展附近嘅景色地方比想像中大 中間有現場鋼琴伴奏提供gelato / pancake/waffle 嘅位置喺最側邊 🔹服務坐低咗之後店員會提供menu 不過就唔會逐一介紹tea set 食到差唔多4點半會提醒自助區會last order 坐多一陣就話5:15要離開 感覺有啲趕客🔸Sandwiches & Tart 三文治分別係雞肉/Ham & Cheese 兩款比較遜色 麵包乾到不得了 Smoked Salmon Tart /roasted beef wrap 非常咸 食咗一半就放棄🔹Scones 配Clotted Cream 士多啤梨醬 檸檬醬個人覺得Scone 麵粉味較重 欠牛油香食落唔乾 反而有啲黏口🔸Cakes甜品主要三款 個人覺得都係偏甜栗子撻算係最好嘅一款♦️除咗Tea Set 另

個人最推介薑糖味 /食到粒粒糯米嘅芒果糯米飯味 / 粟米味唔夠濃 不過都可以一試
Pancake 同 Waffle 都係即叫即整 🧇

💬個人嚟講有少少失望
食物味道真係麻麻地
有幾款真係咬咗一啖就無再食落去嘅意欲
服務同環境都普普通通
未必會再訪嚕~
