To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天可以去吃旺記冰室了。終於,可以一完在店舖裏吃的願望,之前中午想去吃它的時候,剛好是每一個月的打掃日沒有開門。中午繁忙時間要到齊人,才可以入座,但可能已經是兩點後了,沒有那麼多人排隊了,等了一下便可以入座。我們分別點了滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙拼飯跟自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯,配奶茶。它們家的正常飯份量不太多,男生可能要加飯喔!整體不錯吃,但可能期待太多了,因為叉燒不是照片的那種,不是半肥瘦厚厚那種,但也不過不失。 滑蛋是很滑,但沒有王牌冰室特濃牛乳炒滑蛋,奶味很重。蝦沒有很多隻,只有三隻,但都處理得不錯,但可以更彈牙。它們家的是簡單而美味,看得出很用心去烹調的,每一個飯都是現煮的。 下次也想現場吃麥包三文治四重奏,因為之前都是吃外賣的,外賣那個麵包皮會有一點點濕濕,不過份量超多的。

我們分別點了滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙拼飯跟自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯,配奶茶。它們家的正常飯份量不太多,男生可能要加飯喔!

整體不錯吃,但可能期待太多了,因為叉燒不是照片的那種,不是半肥瘦厚厚那種,但也不過不失。 滑蛋是很滑,但沒有王牌冰室特濃牛乳炒滑蛋,奶味很重。蝦沒有很多隻,只有三隻,但都處理得不錯,但可以更彈牙。
