見到有人話有韓國既味道,就book左去試。以前去韓國食孔陵一隻雞既時候,我都諗點解香港無,睇落同打邊爐既設備要求都差唔多咋嘛🥲坐底首先見到前菜已經放左係到,水芽菜同辣水蘿蔔,我見識少,第一次見水浸芽菜,食落完全無調味,成口青味;辣水蘿蔔,講唔到佢係醃蘿蔔,因為完全唔入味,好似煮熟既蘿蔔淋上好稀好水既辣椒汁。後尾我上google 韓國水芽菜,無呢樣野😐跟住叫左個兩人份既 🍲韓式雞肉火鍋(s $328),個煲上到檯未見雞先見到一大堆蒜蓉🧄 係撈埋蒜蓉之前試飲個湯底,係好淡既清雞湯。撈埋蒜蓉後,只有蒜蓉味。甘唔飲湯食料,雞脾滑係正常既,但其他位置好柴,我相信應該係要滾左之後就熄火,但侍應無提,過左陣佢見到先幫手熄左,不過煲入面本身有幾大塊既薯仔,熄火後薯仔半生不熟。雞🐓本身無乜味,都唔入味,要點汁黎食,個汁係豉油生抽甘嘅味,再撈蒜蓉同辣椒粉(同打邊爐無既分別?)🙂 年糕都係點同一個醬汁🙃我地仲加左個粥,點知佢係𢳂起晒我地個煲既料,剩返好少湯,跟住拎返個煲入廚房,出黎就有一鍋粥。其實個粥本身味道係ok既,但唔知點解食食下,同朋友都覺得有浸檸檬茶既味道🙈薯仔煎餅🫓 外脆內粉,係呢一餐比較好食既,

雞🐓本身無乜味,都唔入味,要點汁黎食,個汁係豉油生抽甘嘅味,再撈蒜蓉同辣椒粉(同打邊爐無既分別?)🙂

我地仲加左個粥,點知佢係𢳂起晒我地個煲既料,剩返好少湯,跟住拎返個煲入廚房,出黎就有一鍋粥。其實個粥本身味道係ok既,但唔知點解食食下,同朋友都覺得有浸檸檬茶既味道🙈

薯仔煎餅🫓 外脆內粉,係呢一餐比較好食既,但都好似唔係正宗既味道。

因為食孔陵一隻雞都係幾年前既事,我驚自己記憶有誤,所以搵返孔陵一隻雞既圖黎睇,係無蒜既。如果係同我一樣食過韓國孔陵一隻雞,想重溫味道既話就唔推薦啦,有比較有傷害。
如果無食過韓國味道,想試下既話都可以既,但唔太值。又或者辣炖雞先係呢間主打?
