To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽講呢間的海南雞係香港數一數二的海南雞，就決定黎試下佢。鹹蛋雞翼(6隻) $98鹹蛋黃超濃，如果中意食鹹蛋黃呢個應該好岩食，不過98蚊其實略貴。海南雞飯 $138雞肉好嫩，但其實好碎，老實講冇乜咬口，我覺得有 d吹大左。但好在個油飯勁香，個飯比雞更出色。咖哩豬肋骨配薄餅 $142咖哩味好濃，薄餅大大塊，豬肋骨都好軟腍，整體係好食 ge, 豬肋骨仲要都幾多下，有飯又有薄餅，好飽肚。白胡椒肉骨茶配麵 $132個肉骨茶好鹹，感覺落左味精，味道就好夠，但胡椒味好少，唔係好飲得出。豬肋骨又係勁多，有4大舊，超足料！Total: $668回頭率：6.5/10
