To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次嚟長洲都想食,可惜每次喺長洲週圍食嘢搞到每次夜晚都冇容量嚟食,今次決定唔食其他嘢一定要試吓你有幾好食冰鎮咖哩魷魚,好似係招牌嘢,優點魷魚係好爽好彈牙,味道方面都幾好味,缺點係啲粉落得唔夠分散,集中嘅地方食到有啲苦,同埋雖然蘿蔔只係用嚟墊底嘅配菜,但都唔駛硬到好似生咁串燒望落都幾正咁,但嚟到第一件事就話大腸係用唔知乜嘢汁整,所以會深色啲,但我真係分到深色同燶嘅分別囉,不過眼見都未必係真,就好似叉燒燶邊可以整到好燶都冇燶味,但結果我都真係食到燶味,而且第二嗰嚿直頭好似食炭咁,仲有個流沙包,第一件好乾,感覺好似返炸咗幾次咁,第二件就正常會流心,味道都唔錯,至於其他嘢都ok不過埋單要二百幾,性價比就真係唔高

不過埋單要二百幾,性價比就真係唔高
