呢個評價好誇張!openrice上個個都話呢個carbonara全宇宙無敵咁,話「食左呢個之後對carbonara嘅要求會變到好高」,我期待到一個點!
呢個carbonara嘅特色在於佢完全冇落忌廉,醬汁係用純蛋黃,好濃厚,但我個人覺得都係有忌廉嘅普通版本好食啲~呢個好食過紅蝦意粉,但你要話有幾好食,講到全世界無敵咁…真係誇張左……..

overall,份量唔多,但根本食唔曬,因為好濟,好heavy,全部係carbs食到人好辛苦😹後尾我同frd又去左食炸雞同乳酪先覺得滿足😪😪😪

講真我覺得「唔算差」但真心唔算特別好食…可以feel到啲麵係手工製作,食材幾用心及新鮮,但絕對冇openrice評價咁誇張👿
