To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自問是餃子迷,所以很喜歡到處走走尋覓各區出名的餃子店。聽說過這間店多次,不過未有機會試,這次終於一嚐了。可是真的有點期望越大,失望越大。餃子皮厚厚的,有嚼口,我點了韭菜餃。餃子質素一般,韭菜及豬肉的比例平均,不過韭菜味不夠,餡料醃得過鹹,雖然咬一口能保留肉汁,但實在有點過鹹,而且肉汁都有點油膩。山東手撕雞:原本以為會是常吃到的麻辣雞那種,原來是以鹵水汁醃的雞肉絲,點了小份,店員即從雪櫃拿出盛載手撕雞的碟,隨即呈上枱,雞肉有股雪藏味,而且亦是醃得有點鹹,要不停喝水。吃過別的出名餃子店,大部分蒸餃都會有自家製的湯水浸著,不過這間沒有,亦沒有特別自家調製的辣醬料,稍為遜色。
