To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 好幾個朋友之前黎食過都話吾錯，平時放假行過都好多人可以吾洗食，今日平日少人啲就吾洗等位。一入去就安排我地坐門口位，但其實入邊仲有好多位，而因為第一次黎食，之後帶位個個職員就快速講解下有咩特別野食，同埋點落單等等，成件事都幾趕下。睇睇個menu，見到有個持有滙豐信用卡優惠，指定溫野菜晚市定食7折（2人套餐）。無咩概念叫咩，又好似跟餐叫抵啲，所以就叫左黎食喇。睇落好多野食，首先就試左個鹽辛薯仔🥔（伴魷魚沙律醬），可能係我既問題，覺得兩者一齊食個口感有點怪怪的。湯底黎講分別同朋友叫左個有機豆乳湯同埋壽喜燒湯底。湯底係吾跟餐要另加錢的。我擇既豆乳湯都幾失望，雖然好似食落清清地，但真係無咩味，可以吾洗擇黎打便爐。之後同朋友share個壽喜燒，至怕壽喜燒湯底會太甜，呢個剛剛好。至於主食方面，鹿兒島黑毛和牛肩脊肉很好吃薄薄一層，有入口即溶既感覺，好新鮮！而其他既配料，望落都好新鮮，但我都係覺得一般，無咩邊樣話係亮點要推介。Total埋單食左千幾蚊，我覺得吾係話好值咁貴，試過一次就夠。
