To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📍大閘蟹季節準備開始,屋企人鍾意食大閘蟹,但係又想出邊食嘅話最抵一定係揀任食。而家呢間餐廳做緊大閘蟹放題,$528/位就可以任食大閘蟹同多款酒樓小菜。大閘蟹用咗三款整法,分別係清蒸、太雕蒸同鹽焗,最鍾意就係清蒸,食到蟹嘅原汁原味仲加埋薑醋點就更加鮮。每位仲會附贈一份鮑汁扣原隻飽魚伴百靈菇、金湯小米燴遼參同蟹粉扒莧菜。估唔到莧菜面頭嘅蟹粉份量咁多,夠哂每條菜都可以撈勻嚟食。任食方面嘅話片皮鴨係任食,仲有唔少小菜,有椒鹽豬扒同海蝦都係熱辣辣即叫即整。唔夠飽仲可以叫埋流沙包同大壽包都有。到最後仲可以嗌唔少甜品,揀咗紅棗糕同奶黃千層糕,同埋最後一定要飲返碗薑茶地瓜驅寒!
