To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 奧海城和The One分店有期間限定的夢幻花花瀑布佈置，由於餐廳不設訂座，我和朋友平日在餐廳開門時間11點就到了。花花佈置不負眾望，真的很夢幻很漂亮。花花瀑布在奧海城分店的落地玻璃corner，大概只有兩張桌子的位置可以打卡，我們是第一組來到的客人，很順利就坐到窗邊位置。餐廳是scan QR code下單的，我們點了set Menu，分別是地中海風情全日早餐$98打了一會卡都是暖的，勁多芝士！比想似中creamy, 薯仔焗得很淋很好味，而且有很多菇、洋蔥和大蔥，不會太膩芝士火腿法式薄餅$138餅底做得很薄很脆，很多火箭菜，火腿和芝士的份量都很多，整體味道很不錯。另外加了$30要一個玫瑰蛋糕打卡很好，味道正常的，士多啤梨好大粒又很甜。有個$80 set可選3款小食/蛋糕，能吃的朋友可考慮下。分別加了$16 upgrade 要熱紅菜頭泡沫豆奶和熱抹茶泡沫牛奶平日去餐廳沒有限制用餐時間，我們輕鬆地坐了兩小時，推薦給喜歡打卡的朋友～

打了一會卡都是暖的，勁多芝士！比想似中creamy, 薯仔焗得很淋很好味，而且有很多菇、洋蔥和大蔥，不會太膩
