To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時經過呢間日式丼飯專家丼丼屋都見到大排長龍😍最近放lunch同同事去咗附近分店試嚇🥰價錢唔貴份量好足品嚐到新鮮味美嘅正宗日式丼物！丼丼屋選用日本產米同時令食材🍚製作新鮮味美嘅正宗日式丼物😍佢哋除咗有熱食丼飯外仲有刺身丼、小食、炸物等經過千祈唔好錯過🙌🏻▫️牛油粟米北海道十勝豚丼定食(配前菜、日式湯、甜品及果茶）呢款係最近推出嘅期間限定🥰選用左北海道產、脂肪分布均勻、肉質格外鮮嫩濃郁嘅十勝豚肉軟嫩美味豚肉片燒至微微焦香後仍保留豐富肉汁🥰滿滿既油脂感混合融化咗嘅金黃牛油同香甜嘅日本粟米🌽日本米飯配上豚肉醬汁加埋粟米香甜真係食唔停口▫️蒲燒鰻魚 ·洋蔥牛肉便當定食同事叫咗呢款個樣都好唔錯🥰鰻魚厚身大塊無骨食落啖啖肉鰻魚汁好香口配埋日本米真係好香💓洋蔥牛肉唔會好乾口感好豐富！我哋仲加咗個小食芝麻雞翼都只係$25/2件即叫即炸脆卜卜熱辣辣好香口肉汁滿滿雞肉好嫩滑！
