To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 木嘴對牛其實唔係好熱衷,亦都由於係木嘴既緣故,其實好多時食完都唔知自己食左牛定豬定雞。要木嘴對住隻牛彈琴就識,但叫我去深層次去評論D牛既味道真係有D難度。之但係,木嘴既誕生就係為左俾大家了解木嘴既世界,雖然唔知有無人會想了解,但木嘴依然會緊守信念,努力去寫呢篇關於牛既食評。話就話唔熱衷,但唔知點解最近成日都食牛。今次就唔去試新野喇,食返最穩陣嘅牛角。其實牛角就周不時都會去食下,但因為在職貧窮所以通常都只係食D平價牛,但今日朋友難得高興,咁就決定食D高級牛贈下慶。木嘴每次食牛角都會例牌叫番個牛角飯用黎填飽個肚,今次亦唔例外,個飯雖然得啲紫菜豉油咁,但又幾好食,送燒肉一流。之後仲叫左牛油金菇($22)同埋辛味醬汁雞翼(3隻 $39),辛味真係完全食唔出,成隻雞翼都係無乜味咁,究竟係我味覺出左問題定係真係無味有無人話俾我知?好彩有醬可以自己加,唯有自己狂加辣醬,雖則以木嘴既標準隻醬都係唔辣,但總好過淡而無味既。然後就到今晚既主菜—極上和牛四品盛合(每款兩片 $458)木嘴我雖然味覺只有最底層次,但其實和牛同普通牛嘅差別又確實係一放入個木嘴度就知既。每片和牛都係軟綿綿,脂肪同肉分佈平均,係個口

然後就到今晚既主菜—極上和牛四品盛合(每款兩片 $458)

木嘴我雖然味覺只有最底層次,但其實和牛同普通牛嘅差別又確實係一放入個木嘴度就知既。每片和牛都係軟綿綿,脂肪同肉分佈平均,係個口度慢慢化開,係個一口牛差咁D,不過真係好食過普通果個set好多。呢個set其實仲有兩舊粟米,不過咁岩影相個角度完美遮晒。

身為貧窮毒J食完個和牛已經無錢叫其他,所以唔算食左好多野,加上燒肉實在太油,雖則話就話好食,但木嘴好快已經有飽飽滯滯既感覺,淨返木嘴朋友一個人戰鬥。但無論如何,性價比黎講,呢個價錢食到呢個質素既和牛,絕對值得推介。
