昨晚來到一間主打宮崎炭火燒及博多串燒專門店「木户」,位於尖沙咀棉登徑,以明爐炭火炮製多款地道串燒美食,使我感到滿有日本🇯🇵地道文化🧡室內裝修精緻,以木材🪵元素打造深色系的溫暖氛圍,燈光明亮柔和,像置身於日本🇯🇵醬油烤秋田海苔米棒 將米飯搗碎後成棒狀,醬油進行燒烤,表面呈現金黃色並散發香氣。外層酥脆,內部保持著綿密的米飯質地呢!岩手縣 炭火燒岩手赤雞 沒有任何抗生素或合成抗菌劑飼養的雞,濃郁鮮味多汁🤩炭燒方法烹調岩手赤雞,淋上雞油使炭火味迫進雞肉中因而更有炭火香氣,做成完美的色香味全!山形醬油煮蒟蒻丸子🍡將蒟蒻切成的球狀,並使用山形縣產的醬油調味慢慢燉煮而成,有鹹鹹甜甜的濃郁風味!山形板蕎麵 原來是地區的特色料理之一,以同樣來自山形縣的木板作為盛載容器,我在品嚐時,木板所散發出的香氣與蕎麥麵的風味交融在一起好特別!
