To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同阿姨們食生日飯7點黎到見到都有啲人系度等位 好彩有book位就唔洗等薄切牛舌--好香而且唔會好un好難𡁻最重要系要配檸檬汁同鹽甘就perfect喇未來牛盛合--有西泠,牛肩,牛背,牛腿最正系西泠 因為最多油花所以牛既香味最重 雖然唔係入口即溶個種 但係入口好林好香之後牛背位都好食 因為比較林 最怕食牛肉系好un好難𡁻 呢4款都無呢個問題 不過牛肩同牛腿比起牛背同西泠就無甘正喇燒牛最重要系有鹽去調味 佢都有提供鹽同黑椒羊架肉質好林無騷味雞肉豬肉普通 唔系好特別芝士薯仔--聽落普通 食左又覺得幾正 佢話系用左北海道既薯仔呢個炒飯真系好普通下次唔會再食
