員工態度惡劣,安排欠缺靈活性,經理包庇員工。1)見係黃打算支持下,星期六放假特登去呢間黃店飲個茶,去到門口等咗陣無人serve ,見到有塊等待板放係reception ,咁咪自己拎起枝筆寫入座人數,拎起枝筆個下有個waiter 咁啱行出嚟,我哋就問佢”我哋2位係我哋寫落板定你哋寫好呀?”o個個waiter 態度好串咁話”唔介意同我講聲嘅最好就叫我哋寫啦,唔好個個行埋嚟就自己寫”你估我好想自己寫,你哋無人咪諗住自己寫姐,咁都明嘅,你哋好忙🙄2)企咗陣見到d台無乜郁過,前面仲有1x張台,咁就行出去轉個圈去下洗手間,過咗幾個字番到去過咗2張枱,我哋就問reception 個waiter 可唔可以後補番,呀waiter就咁一句話無,仲同我哋講”恭喜你,俾過張飛你由頭等過”你恭喜我d乜?恭喜我無咗張台?🙄🙄🙄你哋無得後補台,拎飛個時又唔講,門口亦都無張貼告示。3)打電話去觀塘總店投訴,被告知無投訴熱線,留低電話號碼,要等太古經理打番俾我。4)太古經理打番俾我,同佢講番事情經過,呀太古經理竟然同我講”佢就企係個員工隔離,覺得個員工態度無問題,個員工叫咗2次台號無人應先pass 下一張,仲叫我企係佢

咁嘅態度你都覺得無問題,你哋係咪真係好唔想做生意?好想要你老細電話問下佢。

5)其他茶樓過咗幾張台都會後補俾你啦,去茶餐廳無台個侍應都會扮下野講句唔好意思,呢間上至經理下到侍應真係連扮都無扮架,仲要恭喜番你添架。
想去食真係要諗下,番工已經成日受氣,放假出街食個晏都要受氣,黃ga舖頭有好多間,食光榮冰室好過。
