今日同朋友嚟咗銅鑼灣呢間高質日本餐~餐廳裝修得好靚, 好有日本feel, 而且私隱度高,我同朋友揀咗鮨嘅Omakase Set,餐廳會好細心咁介紹有啲咩食,招呼令人覺得好親切舒服,日本蘋果汁, 飲到有果肉, 好濃郁蘋果味, 而且唔會過甜,前菜三品,擺盤好靚,很精美,師傅會教我哋由淡味嘅開始食先,順序係:汁煮梅貝,蘿蔔煮得好入味,梅貝肉就爽口彈牙,帶子沙律,上面嘅西柚清新酸甜,帶出刺身帶子超鮮甜,野菜葛絲,口感彈牙,味道很開胃, 食完擺盤好精美嘅前菜之後,師傅就預備整壽司畀我哋食,呢個師父好nice, 佢會慢慢介紹我哋食嘅每一件壽司,伊佐木,師傅灑咗少少岩鹽喺上面,同埋灑上咗少少蜜柑皮,肉質柔軟有魚味,深海池魚魚腩,呢件都有灑上少少岩鹽,再配上少少柚子皮,刺身很厚身,魚腩好滑,柚子皮很香,左口魚裙邊,師傅火灸過,魚油很豐富,剛剛好,沒有燒過龍,師傅告知如果燒過龍,會感受唔到魚油豐富,右口魚,最上層綠色嘅係芽蔥, 跟住中間係右口魚裙邊,魚油豐富,火炙嘅時候一燒,魚油就會滲落去下面,咁下層嘅肉就會沾上魚油, 口感多重豐富,很有層次, 帆立貝,上面灰色嘅係竹炭鹽,帆立貝好厚肉,竹炭鹽則帶出了帆
