To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 未至於難食但一啲都唔抵食🤑餐廳環境舒適,都可算乾淨企理,但星期六晚市時間8點都比較少人,已覺不妙。客人不多但店員各有各忙,等候多時才有人過來落單。點了2款主菜——黑松露鵝肝牛肉炒河粉、鴨肉湯河粉配溫泉蛋,份量偏小,味道不過不失,吃得出材料很一般,但收費不一般。黑松露鵝肝牛肉炒河粉 ($178)有鑊氣、有一點黑松露香,鵝肝一小薄片、牛肉五片,偏油,份量少鴨肉湯河粉配溫泉蛋 ($138)鴨肉份量還好,河粉或斷或碎,或黏成一團,湯底偏咸但無鮮味,溫泉蛋還好,沒有配菜,就真的只是中規中矩的鴨肉、湯、河粉、溫泉蛋不會重訪也不推薦🫡
