上次去完尖沙咀Chef stage de Eddy Chu之後,對大廚的出品甚為滿意,加上良好服務為我和朋友帶來了頗深刻而良好的服務。[詳情參閱小妹另一篇食評]。今次來到位於銅鑼灣的其姐妹餐廳──西餐大牌檔。名字很特別,裝飾與Chef stage de Eddy Chu有點似,(尤其門口的裝飾簡直一模一樣),但這裡相對光線明亮,格調上明顯較為大眾化,有電視看,又有些「小清新」裝飾物。餐巾都相當特別。看看菜單,每個餐加$65海鮮拼盤(生蠔/鮑魚/日本刺身帶子/鮮蝦/聖子刺身),無理由不加吧?由於朋友不吃生野,所以我們二人只加了一份海鮮拼盤。3種醬汁:香草汁、蜜糖汁和醬油wasabi 。香草汁點生蠔,帶子本身已浸在蜜糖汁,聖子也點蜜糖汁,鮑魚我點醬油,每樣都新鮮好食,帶子肥厚鮮美,聖子爽口彈牙,鮑魚亦夠嚼口。只是加$65便有一份,相當抵食!鮮龍蝦(半只)配燒牛肉眼($388)非常霸氣的擺盤,上檯很有豪華、金碧輝煌的感覺,令隔離檯正在點餐的女士也為之側目。我比較喜歡它的泰式酸辣汁,綠色的放在一旁,蒜味濃郁,用來點龍蝦一流,非常惹味,而龍蝦亦肉質厚實,蝦身蝦鉗啖啖肉。牛肉眼要了medium,肉

我比較喜歡它的泰式酸辣汁,綠色的放在一旁,蒜味濃郁,用來點龍蝦一流,非常惹味,而龍蝦亦肉質厚實,蝦身蝦鉗啖啖肉。

牛肉眼要了medium,肉不算太厚,入口多汁,易咬沒有渣,牛肉味濃郁,不用再加調味料已經很入味了。

論精緻程度,西餐大牌檔不及Chef stage de Eddy Chu,但價格則較大眾化,而且食物水準依然高,值得一試!
