近日i phone手復發,需要到診所進行針灸。治療後,到了圓方W Hotel的星宴,打算歎歎茶。店方於9:00-11:00提供點心任食時段,如果能早點來到,今餐應該能更優惠一點。我們被安排在最入的偏廳,店內整體環境比較封閉和昏暗,加上樓底低、令人心情比較郁悶。不過,好處是客人不多,比較寧靜。甫坐下,店員便奉上餐牌、熱茶和前菜,三小碟分別是蒟蒻青瓜、鎮店XO醬和辣炒鯪魚粒。蒟蒻通常只會被用作甜品,這樣與青瓜醋漬算是非常清新的一道開胃菜,X0醬也不差,入口微辣之餘有濃濃的蝦米香。後者鯪魚粒的賣相有點似麵筋和排骨,但入口的不新鮮,似乎就連辣味也掩蓋不了。翻開餐牌第一件事習慣了點蝦餃,不過星宴蝦餃皇的價錢卻超乎我們想像,一籠三件盛惠$88,份量比同級的酒店中菜廳更少,價錢卻是當中最貴的。翻看前陣子的食文,一籠不過是$60,怎麼一翻就接近加了五成。蝦餃夾起來,餃皮又軟諗又鬆散,既沒有特別出色的賣相,味道和手工亦普通得可以,收這個價錢似乎有點自信過高,不值得。雞扎選用了傳統的腐皮包裹,當中混了雞件、豬肚、魚肚和火腿,感覺只有豬肚和火腿比較有味,其餘的只有淡淡薑香,味道偏淡,屬普通之作。黑松露冬菇頭
