好耐無打邊爐,搵到呢間主打台式火鍋既店。叫左個滷水窩湯底。入面好多材料,包括有鴨血、鵝腸。仲會有鵝片送,好抵!呢個湯底真係好正,佢特別之處係要用細火慢慢去煮。令到佢唔會太咸得黎又香又入味。呢個牛肩胛食落啖啖肉又鮮美,唔會太肥,好新鮮!而牛頸瘠就多d脂肪、入口就會滑d!黑牛柏葉又係打邊爐必食,有咬口,又有牛既鮮味!不得不吃既一定係佢地既鴨血,好有咬口,唔會一拎即刻碎,親埋呢個滷水窩真係絕配!好好食。令我諗起係台灣食過既某間好出名既火鍋店!而手打墨魚丸都係好滑好彈牙! 食到好滿足甘返屋企!
