先睇睇張散叫紙同埋二人餐 比較下價錢覺得都係散叫仲貴於是我哋揀咗個叫二人套餐 九宮格醬料配料任你揀火鍋可是很有睇頭的啊一個大銅鍋放在我哋面前湯底有好多款揀的朋友揀咗個最平實的蕃茄薯仔豬軟骨鍋套餐包括迷你海鮮拼盤 ( 鮑魚2隻,花甲,海蝦4隻) 肉類方面我哋揀咗美國牛頸脊油脂分配均勻好重牛味放在銅鍋裏灼五秒剛好雙拼丸黑松露丸 拼 手打墨魚丸丸係好大粒又彈牙,有半個拳頭咁大雙拼餃 雲吞拼水餃大大粒足料炸魚皮,蜂巢豆腐,田園蔬菜盤,烏冬正正常常店員好好安排咗個卡位畀我哋,坐得舒服這裏晚上傾下偈慢慢烚下烚下食物質素也是不錯的但以這個價位來說, 不得不說北角實在是一個有很多選擇的地方,店主要再畀心機諗辦法如何突圍而出啊 continue reading

今天午餐(大約1:10pm)去了這家廣東點心+台灣便當菜館。 點了蝦腸(HK$38)。送上來的時候覺得腸粉蒸得過久,腸粉皮很爛(也可能是澄麵不夠),腸粉上放了過多的豉油。也不知道他們在蝦裡加了什麼(米粉?),蝦細小且有點硬。 亦點了一個鳳爪排骨飯(HK$40),是蒸在不銹鋼碗裡,上的時候外面有竹製容器裝飾,味道就像普通酒樓的早點一般,只是飯的分量多一點。台灣便當(HK$52)很失望。 雖然菜單上說你可以選擇 4 種米粉/飯的其中一款,但當天沒有台灣滷肉飯或紅米飯供應,唯有選新竹炒米粉,從20種選3的伴菜中,我們選了三杯雞、啊嫲紅燒肉和鹽酥排骨。 三杯雞(粒)嘗起來像蘸了炸粉的小雞粒蘸了一些甜醬油,啊嫲紅燒肉像直接從湯裡撈起的白豬肉加上一些白色芡汁,鹽酥排骨有印度食物的味道。炒米粉炒得亂七八糟!環境很吵,給你兩雙超長筷子(大概是晚市火鍋用的),茶位每人HK$15...我唯一可以讚的是服務員很有禮貌且有效率。這是一次比較差的午餐體驗,希望這家菜館能夠在不久的將來改善他們的食物、環境及給客人適當長度的筷子! continue reading

Went here with my family during lunch for their dim sum. .We ordered a wide array of food. Appreciated the Black Truffle Cuttlefish Cake the most. Hotly-fried, it had a crispy exterior. The cuttlefish inside was savoury and chewy. The Egg Custard Bun was impressive too. Once u bit it, its egg custard ran out from the bun. The sweetness was on point and blended perfectly with the heated buns. Preferred the Steamed Rice Roll with Shrimp since the shrimp was fresh and meaty. The rice roll was silky and soft too. Not really a fan of its Steamed Pork Dumpling though, as it was dry and greasy. The portion of the Crab Roe for the Siu Mai was stingy too. .Everyone got a free bowl of soup if u went there for lunch. The price was fair enough..The resto was quite spacious, but the air conditioner was really cold. It may be quite disturbing if you sit near the AC. continue reading

同朋友響北角做完嘢去附近搵地方食嘢,朋友建議去呢度食,地點都算可以離開地鐵站5分鐘左右,同埋可能佢嘅時間可能比較早,所以人都唔算好多到到我哋走嘅時候人就真係多,同埋都有啲嘈。首先講吓佢啲火鍋配料都算幾齊全,唯獨是炸蒜蓉唔係好脆,裏面有啲仲比較靭。其他都還可以。今次朋友唔想食辣,所以叫咗個蕃茄湯底,蕃茄湯底味道都幾濃郁,同埋都帶有一啲蕃茄嘅酸味,識落幾開胃。肉丸同埋雜菜都算係新鮮,除此以外冇乜特別。最後一題嘅係響鈴,亦都係最失望嘅一樣,一啲都唔脆,裏面仲要完全係靭嘅,就算浸咗好耐湯都仲係好靱,感覺應該係放咗出嚟好耐已經淋晒嘅。可以話係非常差。 continue reading

其實覺得利潤低可以不做便當,沒有人會怪你的,即然決定做了,就要好好做,也請好好尊重點便當的客人。3枱客人差不多時間入座,2枱叫點心,1枱叫便當,當2枱點點心的已開吃,1枱點便當的還需要等多10分鐘才上菜,服務員回應說要煮的,所以時間長些。結果,便當來了,大部份食物是凍的,溫的,沒有熱度的,大概是早上已煮好,現在上菜才涼了。便當食物和餐牌顯示不一致,有違反商品說明的情況,餐牌描述甜品是芋圓類台式甜品,上菜是桂花糕,服務員說甜品是每日不同,不一定如圖片說的,那麼請在圖片中去掉這甜品部份,別誤導食客。 continue reading
