To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朱古力酥早餐:-)

周六早上因為要做的資料搜集題目較為特别，所以要特地到中央圖書館尋找適合的書。因為預了要整天留下作戰，所以早上在家已食了早餐。可是同行友人未食，便跟他到中央圖書館内的delifrance食野，因為還未肚餓的關係，所以決定只點一個包。在餐廳的玻璃櫃裹有超過20款熱包和十數種冷藏甜品。三心兩意的我最後選擇了朱古力酥（＄18），店員主動為朱古力酥加熱後就食得了。金黃色的朱古力酥有幾粒朱古力粒散落在酥面，烘熱後外層的酥皮變得鬆脆，只是一咬下去酥皮碎都掉得全身都是。酥中間有一層朱古力醬，但醬分配得不太均匀，一時咬下去爆醬，一時卻一點朱古力醬也嘗不到，此處有點失準。可是整個朱古力酥還是不錯的，鬆脆可口又好味。
