To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朱扒飯要點樣配搭,先叫做好味呢?這裡搵到答案。朱扒不是大件先好味,其實每件要有少量骨連繫上肉塊,才能帶得出肉的香味,若單單是肉而沒有骨,只有感覺似吃瘦肉或肥豬肉。然而,半生半熟雞蛋必須選擇中國或日本產的,才能自然地帶出飯香。呢間店相信刻意去挑選朱扒的位置,兩塊大大肉質鮮嫩朱扒,配上兩隻不平凡的雞蛋,焗到半生半熟,直至上枱仍有流心效果,蛋的香味令整體味道加上了分數,建議大家不用加豉油,要求改為少少蔥油味道更佳!
