To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間梨泰院,老闆娘李太係韓國人,黎左香港35年,做嘅都係正宗韓國菜。我識呢間都係因為睇左蔡瀾先生嘅視頻。今晚約左朋友試下。六點就去到,原本訂左6半,都唔駛,呢個時間都冇咩人,加上閒日。朋友想食牛肋骨湯,但餐牌冇,但李太話有,可以煮俾你,另外叫左炸雞同牛肉飯卷。韓國菜一般都上左前菜俾你地食先,都好食,我尤其鍾意個卷蛋牛肋骨湯都相當好,好順喉,味道剛剛好,牛肋骨肉又淋又有肉味炸雞正常,夠熱,個脆漿做得幾好,雞都嫩牛肉卷味比較清淡,係咁,正常的。食左$440左右,可以接受,下次幫襯可以試下其他野,例如燒肉

炸雞正常,夠熱,個脆漿做得幾好,雞都嫩


牛肉卷味比較清淡,係咁,正常的。


食左$440左右,可以接受,下次幫襯可以試下其他野,例如燒肉
