年宵當然要食中餐,試了這間,静静哋,仲有好多手功菜,可惜得兩個人,唔可以試好多皮蛋酸薑 坐底飲杯茶,來一個前菜,糖心皮蛋配上爽嫩清香嘅酸薑,好開胃杏汁白肺湯 好喜歡這個湯,入好好清甜,仲好重杏仁味。冰鎮鮑魚好大隻,妳淋,酒香濃,就咁食都已經好入味,喜歡的話,仲可以點甜酸芥末汁,提升鮮味黃金蝦 非一般的黃金蝦,外面加麥皮,比較健康,仲唔會食到一口油,廚師好細心,將大大隻嘅蝦去殼後,再把切開,蝦身啖啖肉,蝦頭仲有蝦膏。煎金蠔 加咗蜜糖煎嘅金蠔,甜甜哋,有蠔香,又鮮甜,下面放了金絲糖蜜煎蓮藕,增加口感豉油雞 好滑好入味嘅豉油雞,仲有好香嘅玫瑰露酒味,本來已經好飽,都忍唔住要叫碗飯撈汁菜煲好大煲,上枱時仲吱吱喳喳些,菜清甜爽脆杏仁糊湯丸配桂花糕年宵當然要食湯丸,再配上凍凍哋嘅桂花糕,唔甜又有花看
